We had an emergency at our home. There was a water leak coming from our water heater. I called Wisconsin River Plumbing, who promptly responded and sent a plumber, David, within hours. He tried to fix it quickly, but despite replacing the supply line, there was still a problem. He said he would try to get it done quickly.
We have seven people coming from Turkey to stay in our home on Saturday, and this all happened on Wednesday.

Cathy was very responsive with our phone calls back and forth to order and have new kitchen faucet replaced. Dean (technician) was wonderful. He brought 2 options for me to choose from. Here at 11am and finished up by 11:30am

Very happy we chose WI River Plumbing and Heating for our project. They were great communicators, which for me is priceless when living in a house you are also renovating.
