always a smooth process at dells watersports. everyone is so nice and helpful and just super chill with the whole experience. we've rented from them for several years and it's always top on our list for a dells area trip.
Each time I called the person I spoke with couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. And once we arrived, the person at the dock was equally nice and helpful. And, the boat was in great condition with lots of dry storage and easy to operate. I can't say enough how much I appreciate how nice the staff was. Overall it was a great experience with Castle Rock Water Sports.
A fantastic rental experience. The staff is well trained and genuinely enjoy what they're doing. The boats are all new and in great condition. The lake is so relaxing and a great way to unwind. Love this place.
