My favorite plumber is Jason, but any of the plumbers who have been here over the years have been pleasant and very professional. I can definitely give them a five star rating for customer service.“

“This review is solely based off a customer service and initial evaluation of my problem.

I contracted them on a Tuesday morning. Didn’t think I would hear from them for at minimum a day as they’re a larger company. However, I was pleased to see a message from them an hour or so later. I was able to have someone come later that day too! I was like “wow, that’s nice!” I was directly informed of the dispatch fee which I liked upfront. Do I think it was worth the amount? That’s a different review. I was in a pinch so I didn’t care that it was just over $100 at this point. I wanted to know if this was going to be a fire hazard problem.

When Junior got here, he was nice, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I threw him for a loop because I forgot to mention my fans had lights and he didn’t have the immediate equipment with him. He said “I’ll be back, I got to grab something and another person” he was gone 4mins maybe? Came back with a ladder and another human named Trevor/Tyler/Travis (?sorry I can’t remember your name).

These guys cleaned out bathroom exhaust fans and fixed the obnoxious loud sound. They told me I would be fine for a little bit while decided if I wanted to actually replace them. They gave me quotes on if they fixed it with their equipment or if I supplied the custom fan and they fixed it. Still pretty pricey but I appreciated they told me where to look and what size I needed to find.

Overall they’re great and totally upfront about everything. I appreciate the honesty.“

While he was working away, he noticed an unrelated issue with my furnace and showed me something I might try myself to prevent a costly repair later. It worked, the furnace is no longer leaking, and I feel like he helped me prevent a very costly repair just by noticing and caring. I appreciate 4 Lakes so much; they've been helping me out as a homeowner for almost three decades of prompt and reliable service at a reasonable price. Kelly is always so helpful over the phone, too.“

We’ve had a water softener installed, leaking sewer pipe fixed, outdoor faucet replaced, garbage disposal installed, leaky toilet fixed, and old piping replaced under a crawl space. He’s also done the gas lines in two homes for new stoves.“

“My Parents, who are in their late 70s, water softener system had failed, and stopped working on 11/14/2022. I had gone down to check out the system. I heard a leaking hiss, and found a pinhole leak, from one of the main water lines so I turned the water supply off and did a temporary patch to the leak. I had worked on the system before, but it was at it's end of life, and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing Place, it was already late afternoon, and the receptionist said she would call their master plumber, and would give him the details, and to expect arrival time between 7-7:30 the next morning. The Tech was prompt, and was friendly. He checked over the system, and told me all that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. I had agreed, and he went to get the the necessary parts, and returned. He removed the old system, and installed the new one. He also did some pipe replacement, and repairs. He was very skilled and efficient, and the new water softener system looked great! The job was completed in just a few hours, I was very pleased with the work he had done, I would contact this company again with any future repairs! I would highly recommend Plumbing Place, as a very reliable company to do business with!“

“I cannot speak for the 1 star reviews but my experience with Greg was fantastic. My plumber told me I needed to call Roto-rooter to fix an issue in our basement pipes. I googled Madison roto-rooter, saw Greg's Rite-Now was close and I called. He said he could come out right away and he did just that. He was friendly, informative and fixed the issue within a short time frame. We had a good conversation and he left! I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
