The aspects that set him apart from other builders are he is an incredible communicator and top notch problem salver. Building a home can be stressful and things don’t always go as planned so you really need someone on your team like Chad. Any and all vendor, land, planning and prepping questions or concerns we had he handled expertly.

Chad just completed our home build in August of 2024. Relocating from across the state greatly limited our ability to make this project happen in a typical manner, but Chad took all of that in stride. Initial phone call took place in mid April, Chad broke ground by the 1st of May, and had us moved into our new home by mid-august beating our already ridiculous request to be in before school started in September. We will forever be grateful for Chad and his talented team for making an extremely stressful situation for our family, extremely NON stressful. Thank you again!

Chad built our 2023 dream home, and did a fabulous job! He kept the project true to timeline, offered friendly and efficient sub contractors, was fine with our using our own contractors for a couple areas, and accommodated our many special requests. He was also willing to try a few new things with our project. He is a great communicator, and always replied quickly during work hours. Thanks so much to Chad and his team for creating the home we’ve dreamed about for the past three years!
