We met Chad at the very early stages of our home build journey. Sometimes you meet someone and you just know they are the one. Chad is a one-of-a-kind builder, and we couldn't have asked for a better builder to build our custom home. One of the things we loved most about Chad is his communication skills. We learned very early on in researching builders that this skillset is not common. Another great skillset Chad has is having his masters degree in project management. He finished our house ahead of schedule, which can't be said often when building a home. Chad had some of the best in the business sub-contractors. Nearly all were a dream to work with and treated us with the utmost respect and integrity. We couldn't have been happier with the final product of our dream home. You hear horror stories from others that build and we did not experience that with Chad. We cannot recommend Chad enough. Our love and gratitude for Chad is immeasurable. We are so excited to start making new memories in the beautiful home Chad built for us.

We highly recommend Coogan builders. Chad and Coogan builders took our vision and dream of a finished basement and turned it into a reality. We could not be more pleased, from the initial bid to the finished product, highly detail oriented and great finished product. Our family will get many years of quality time and entertainment from our fantastic basement. Responsive, detail oriented and prompt with communication. Can’t say enough good things about Chad, and Coogan builders. Thank you so much.

Chad built our 2023 dream home, and did a fabulous job! He kept the project true to timeline, offered friendly and efficient sub contractors, was fine with our using our own contractors for a couple areas, and accommodated our many special requests. He was also willing to try a few new things with our project. He is a great communicator, and always replied quickly during work hours. Thanks so much to Chad and his team for creating the home we’ve dreamed about for the past three years!
