“I booked 2 massages. The receptionist did a great job to upsell a facial for 1 and mani pedi for the other. Those services were great and that is the reason for the 5 star. As far a reception both on the phone while booking as well as arriving in person, we were not made to feel welcome. In fact we were asked to step aside so another guest behind us could be checked in. Wow! Both of the receptionists were hyper focused on their job and clearly not able to receive 2 guests or make us feel welcome.“

“Up in Wisconsin for 3 months and needed a haircut. Super particular about the way my hair is cut. Brianna (Bri) was perfect, she listened to what I was asking for and carefully cut and asked how I felt with the process and length. The salon is BEAUTIFUL the hair care products are top notch. If I could give 10 stars I would. So happy I found this place!

“What a gem in the middle of Lake Lawn Lodge Resort! During a winter stay a friend and I had pedicures. Everything clean and lovely with scented pack of scrubs and lotions. You choose your pack of smart pods and enjoy the perfect pedicure. Cindi has provided winter service and again this July for a summer wedding at the Resort!! Also Cindi provided a wash and blowout. I received so many complements on my hair at the wedding and I was simply a guest. Prices are very reasonable. If you are staying at the lodge there are coupons for a discount. Make your reservations early.“

“This building was we'll kept and clean! They had ample space, and brand new locker rooms. The cardio machines a re a little out dated, they don't connect to fitness watches. And they were missing a few "standard" cable machines. I did a day pass to work out with my sister. Not sure how often I'd be back at $10/day. But the facility is nice for anyone looking for a membership.“

“Not bad for a day trip. Thought it was rather cheap only coffee and tea was provided if you were having a "treatment done" aka a massage, nothing really grand about that, but overall it was nice experience throughout the day. The Spa has a hotub, steam room, and sauna. The steam room was WAY TOO HOT. You could not be in there for more than a few minutes...sauna was just right and was quite enjoyable. Hot tub was great as well, though I was not a big fan of the "clothing optional" aspect of it...even if it was the women's locker room.Pool was very nice. Lap pool, but only adults and it was thoroughly enjoyable throughout the day to use switching back and forth between the pool and the sauna. I got there later in the day and it slowed down as far as traffic...morning was alot of "bridal showers" , "girls weekend" etc...and it was hard to even access my locker without standing right over someone. The robe was fine, the slippers were god awful uncomfortable. I used mine from the peninsula instead...I was never shown the fitness facilities during my tour even though I had access to them. Decent value for a day for sure and I enjoyed the amenities overall.“

“My friend and I went here for a spa day. The place is huge and very clean. We each got an 80 min massage and then hung out by the pool and hot tub. We ordered food by the pool. It was delicious and came very quickly. The staff here does an amazing job of keeping the place clean and anytime we had questions anyone we spoke to was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back with my family.“
