“This building was we'll kept and clean! They had ample space, and brand new locker rooms. The cardio machines a re a little out dated, they don't connect to fitness watches. And they were missing a few "standard" cable machines. I did a day pass to work out with my sister. Not sure how often I'd be back at $10/day. But the facility is nice for anyone looking for a membership.“

“Four of us just got our hair and makeup done there for my wedding and they did such an amazing job! I never had a trial done just showed up with some pictures and they nailed it. All my bridesmaids hair and makeup was also done perfectly. All of us are plain janes when it comes to makeup and they listened to our requests and gave us a natural glam. The pricing was also very reasonable for the area.“

“I worked with Paige Pearson the Health Coach! We worked together on a plan after we met for a consultation on improving some things that would give me extra support and better quality of life. Paige is very experienced and knowledgeable about nutrition! She has several hundred hours of nutrition education and experience. She developed a plan and after some blood work she met with me and gave me detailed plans on what changes I should make. I chose the weekly checks and communication with Paige. It was a great experience as in 4 months the changes I made and added supplements were just what I needed. She is very encouraging and thorough! She always makes time for my silly questions. “Not bad for a day trip. Thought it was rather cheap only coffee and tea was provided if you were having a "treatment done" aka a massage, nothing really grand about that, but overall it was nice experience throughout the day. The Spa has a hotub, steam room, and sauna. The steam room was WAY TOO HOT. You could not be in there for more than a few minutes...sauna was just right and was quite enjoyable. Hot tub was great as well, though I was not a big fan of the "clothing optional" aspect of it...even if it was the women's locker room.Pool was very nice. Lap pool, but only adults and it was thoroughly enjoyable throughout the day to use switching back and forth between the pool and the sauna. I got there later in the day and it slowed down as far as traffic...morning was alot of "bridal showers" , "girls weekend" etc...and it was hard to even access my locker without standing right over someone. The robe was fine, the slippers were god awful uncomfortable. I used mine from the peninsula instead...I was never shown the fitness facilities during my tour even though I had access to them. Decent value for a day for sure and I enjoyed the amenities overall.“

“My friend and I went here for a spa day. The place is huge and very clean. We each got an 80 min massage and then hung out by the pool and hot tub. We ordered food by the pool. It was delicious and came very quickly. The staff here does an amazing job of keeping the place clean and anytime we had questions anyone we spoke to was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back with my family.“
