Sigrid is beyond amazing. I have fibromyagia and chronic pain. So I have a mix of spots that are very tender and others that need extra firm pressure. Sigrid was very responsive to my feedback during both of my massages, and worked hard to find just the right touch. I've likely had close to 100 deep tissue massages in my life, and Sigrid used a few new-to-me techiques that I felt were very effective. The room was cozy, clean, neat, warm, and relaxing. There was plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of last minute appointments available. And the price was less than the other places I considered! Wonderful and quick customer service response time in answering my questions. Jo worked the knots out of my neck and shoulders like magic! Wish I had scheduled an appointment sooner!
