“My project, in the scheme of things, was a very small undertaking compared to their other endeavors, but no one there gave the impression it was small potatoes. My $15000 job got the same degree of personal attention as their other work. Moreover, when Lynn, the design consultant, came to the house she recommended that I not replace a counter top in good condition just for the sake of change. Lynn helped me to recognize that there's merit in not putting materials into a home that doesn't need that yet. Maybe sometime. I also appreciated that Chris Stebnitz took the time to give me a tour of their home office and that everyone he introduced me to seemed genuinely pleased to be a part of their team. There was a very positive energy in the place. I'm all about finding sources of positive energy in life and I'd recommend anyone else to head there too. The flooring and kitchen work turned out just as I hoped, with little to no effort on my part...another key to a good life. I'm grateful!“
