Especially, if you work from home.Unfortunately for me, in April 2023 I bought an ARRIS Surfboard G36 DOCSIS 3.1 Multi-Gigabit Cable Modem & AX3000 Wi-Fi Router to use with my Xfinity Wifi. The Wifi capability lasted only 5 months. After many hours of troubleshooting with Xfinity and then Arris, Arris agreed to replace it once I returned the defective router upon which they would ship a replacement for my receipt within 7 to 10 days. We hired Vern to build a spec house on a lot that required a variance. He was able to navigate the permitting processes seamlessly, which were complicated due to the size and shape of the lot. Vern was extremely easy to work with, communicative and professional. We loved the house!

We hired Arris Corporation for the construction of a 35 foot tall indoor climbing wall building. Arris owner is very knowledgeable, knows many others throughout the industry, and quickly responded to any problems. We would hire Arris again.
