Judy, the receptionist and Paxton the tech are friendly, first class people. Although he was not able to fully service the type of equipment I had for liability reasons, he did a little clean up on a couple items that improved it, then gave me some solid recommendations for the future. Then he proceeded to let me know that he wasn't even going to charge me, EVEN a trip charge. No matter how hard I tried to give him something, he wouldn't accept it ! And, though he spent time here, gave me some good advice and didn't make a dime, all he asked was that if we needed something done down the road, to remember his Company. WOW ! We are very happy with the service we received from everyone at Your Home Comfort Solutions when our very old furnace recently quit. The service was timely and friendly, everyone was patient and happy to answer our many questions, the owner Paxton advised us on options for our new furnace, the installers Brandon and Aaron were very professional, and Judy and Amanda in the office answered emails promptly. It was a very good experience, and we highly recommend them.

I called Aaron to give me a bid on a reverse osmosis system for my kitchen faucet, and to do some extra work (run an additional RO line to my refrigerator, disconnect a previous water line, install a new sink faucet, strainer, and replumb our new sink. He explained the RO system, looked over the entire job, then handed me a bid for the work before leaving the house...nice! I called to hire him the next day as his price for everything was extremely competitive. He arrived early on the scheduled date and got to work immediately. I found Aaron to be polite, patient while answering my questions, and thorough while doing the requested work. Before leaving our house, he vacuumed the work area and took all packaging with him. My wife and I could not be more please with the job Aaron Parker (Your Home Comfort Solutions) did for us. I highly recommend Aaron and will use him in the future if I need any professional plumbing services.
