John was a very knowledgeable professional who took his time to go over my system and replace / repair as necessary. I am new to the area with nobody to ask for a recommendation- and new to having private well/ septic and LP gas. I feel confident I can maintain my system. I called John today with an issue with my hot water heater. I have had problems getting a response from multiple plumbers in my area. John called me back within 10 minutes and came to my house to fix it. Great service.
