“I have been coming here (silver spring) for three years and while the doctors in Aurora generally seem to get shuffled to other locations or providers, I have no complaints about this location, never a huge crowd and called on time. Initial visits with MDs can take a while as all their current patients have priority. But once you get past that first visit things get scheduled quickly. Everyone has always been polite and professional and the lab people always get me on a first stick and I'm a tough customer. Now the lab on Good Hope almost always full and behind schedule. This one is timely and not crowded.4-17-24 Update. Still pretty good experience here, still dont know why there are so many negatives. Dr. Heyden has been great and front desk staff and lab are respectful and efficient. Dr. Heyden is retiring later this year and promises TWO new doctors. We wil see! Its always been short staffed and a bit of a revolving door here, but that is Aurora in general IMHO.“

“I got referred to Spectrum from a friend who had a procedure done there. They had a knee procedure but mine was the shoulder. My first impression was the office was very nice and the staff was too. I had a stem cell and extracellular fiber matrix for a tear on of the supraspinatus, but also joint arthritis. It was pretty interesting that the Doctor there showed me the tears and the injection of stem cells into the tendon. It was kind of interactive and made the experience definitely better than most. It’s been 3 months out and it’s great! My shoulder feels more stable, much less pain and I’m back to lifting. This is my thing and what makes me happy. I would say for sure the treatment was a success because I did the steroids, ice packs and other treatments before but not consistently helpful. It was all garbage or just kept things at bay. The stem cell injection was noticeable better much more rapidly so my thoughts are it was way better. I think they did a great job and the review is well earned.“
