Everyone was very nice and if a team member had a question about cutting the hair they ask for help which I appreciate because then there not messing up my kids hair. “Woke up Sunday to my daughter cutting her own hair. After calling nearly all of the salons in Milwaukee county that were open looking for a last minute appointment, I came up empty handed.....until Nancy at the Establishment called me back later on that day to tell me that Shannon had a last minute cancellation and now opening to take her. I didn't leave my number with Nancy nor did I ask her to call me if there was a cancellation! Shannon worked an absolute miracle and charged us a reduced rate (I suppose because my daughter had done part of the cut herself)! That's service!!
