We have a few great experiences with River Valley Plumbing but today was the best!

Woke up this morning to get ready for work and no hot water. Not a great way to start the day. I called Terry at 7am, not knowing if I would get an answer but I did. We scheduled a time but kept in contact during the day. The timing worked out and he was able to make it over same day.

A couple parts replacements and we now have hot water!

This place is honest, humble and does amazing work! They are my go to place. The day didn’t start off great but ends with a smile. Thanks for all you do!

“I had the pleasure of having Peter from France Sales and Service come to fix the leaking bathtub faucet in our brand new house.
Even though no businesses in our area had the part necessary to repair our faucet, Peter tried several things to get the faucet to stop dripping while he waited for the ordered part to arrive.
When the part arrived the following week Peter called and returned with the new part. He refused to leave until the job was completed.
Peter was extremely professional on both of his service calls, putting on and wearing booties over his shoes every time he had to come in to the house. He used a towel to wipe dry any wet surfaces.
Peter stayed to make sure the water in the hot water heater was not too scalding hot. I appreciated that very much!
Peter is polite, friendly and someone I would highly recommend to friends and family.
