Everything about Syl's is top notch. I was referred to them by our pastor where they did the carpet cleaning at our church in West Bend. I had them do some miscellaneous carpet cleaning in our home and a few furniture locations. Apparently they are one of the few companies in the area that does steam cleaning. The crew that came to my house was courteous, professional and very accommodating. They even "raked" the carpet to get the foot prints off when they were done:)Everything looks great; all spots removed and the carpet looks like new.
