I contacted Ron about a washing machine issue. First, he connected me in a 3-way call to the store I purchased it from to see if it was still under warranty. It wasn’t. Then he told me to checkout a most common cause and it worked. I will definitely use Ron’s when another issue arises.

I just wanted to update my review. Our dishwasher stopped spraying water and I called Ron to come fix it. He asked me a few questions and pretty quickly told me it was time to buy a new one rather than spend the money on fixing my old one. I really appreciated the candor and good advice. He also gave me tips on which brands to avoid. I think Ron is very professional and knowledgeable, but he is also trying to help people get good value for their money.I called Ron at 8:05 am on a Monday and my fridge was working by noon.
