WOW!!! Absolutely AMAZING level of customer service. First off, they were able to come a day earlier which was very much appreciated. Secondly, John addressed the issue of mice in the most cost effective way. In addition, he went above and beyond to help me with extra precautions after I explained that my husband has cancer, and it's only me having to take care of things. How refreshing to know that there are still great people in the world, and John is definitely one of them!!!!!

Extremely timely, nice company to work with. We have been using a ‘big box’ company for the mouse issue in our basement for the last year with no true results. Had these guys come out and showed me where they are probably coming in and fixed the issue. Hoping we don’t see anymore ‘friends’ in our basement.Would recommend this company 10/10 for pest issues.

Very knowledgeable, effective, and professional services. I called about carpenter ants. They assured me, based on my description, that I did not have an infestation. They did not try to push unnecessary services on me. I wanted perimeter treatment even without an infestation. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He completed the treatment AND went above and beyond by knocking down wasp nests and inspecting for any potential mouse entry points. He explained the substance used for treatment (non-toxic to humans/pets), how it works, what to expect in the coming 30 days, etc. It has worked exactly as they said it would!
