I've been going to paradise dental ever since I was a kid. I never had any issues with the people there, everyone was always super friendly and willing to work with you financially. I was just there a couple months ago to get some fillings, and the dentist and hygienist were very nice I enjoyed them. BUT there is one lady who works at the front desk who is extremely rude, and it's not just a she was a having a bad day kind of thing, because when I called a week prior to schedule an appointment she was rude to me then, and again when I came in for my appointment. she tried telling me I had to pay the remainder of my bill right then and there. said it was my co_pay, which it wasn't. my co-pay was $50, which I paid, the rest was the remainder of my bill that my insurance didn't cover. I told her I wanted it billed as I had forgotten my credit card at home, and didn't have much money in my bank account to cover it. She would not take that and made me pay up front, all the while I can barely talk since my whole mouth was numbed. my experience with Renee alone makes me not want to return to the dentist I've been seeing my whole life, and am definitely looking elsewhere for my family to go!
