Froedtert West Bend Health Center Urgent Care

What a great experience!! I had made an appointment online, but was able to get to the clinic earlier than my scheduled time. From the Froedtert employee that checked me in, to Chrissy the RN who worked with me, the physician assistant that examined me and reviewed my course of treatment, everyone was amazing. Even though the clinic was very busy when I was there, I was treated as if I was the only patient in the urgent care. As I was walking out of the room, another RN took the time to say good bye and hoped I felt better. I was just in awe how the whole care team helped me. Every time I have been to this urgent care they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. When they are short staff they are not afraid to let you know, they are always trying their best, they will check in on you and they will always go above and beyond. Every single time I've been here I have always felt that my questions and my needs for not only myself but my family have been taken care of. I highly recommend going to this place and I will even wait hours just to go here because there's no other place I'd rather go to. And I just want to let the ladies know that you're doing a fabulous job and I really appreciate you.

I've been here twice for severe immediate issues and both times they have provided absolutely excellent care and attention. I travel from the Fond Du Lac area to this urgent care specifically because of the care I receive. Can't say enough good things about the nurses and doctors here. That's why I prefer to go here rather than my primary.
