“My condo's patio door has been leaking when it rains. Leif came out and looked at it today for me. He doesn't think it's the door instead but the siding is missing the drip edging cap so the water would flow past my door instead of into it. I really do appreciate his honesty. Not all folks would have done that and just told me I needed a new door and given me an estimate. He did give me one if I do decided to go back and go that route but first I need to reach out to my HOA to see what they can do because it's a siding issue not a door issue. Wish me luck. :).
