Rather than just sell a requested service for roof raking for icicles, they requested pictures of my situation. Their company’s honest appraisal was that I wait a few days as the temperatures would soon warm up & might negate the need for the service. But they said to let them know immediately if I noticed a leak. No one wants to spend money unnecessarily. I much appreciated their honesty.

Rather than just make a sale for roof raking services, they had me send the pictures of my situation. They gave me an honest appraisal & recommended I wait and see what happens when the weather warms up in a few days. But to let them know right away if any leaks develop. Im very grateful. No one wants a big expense that isnt necessary.
