This review is a Long time coming, I moved into my house in Brookfield- called Batzner and got a quick appointment. The gentleman who came out to our home was on time. He was very professional and explained his goals and asked if I had any questions. He wore boot covers indoors and a mask (I asked him to because of a family member with a medical condition) He did his thing and took me around to show me what he found. Made suggestions and asked if I had any questions. Like I said- this happened over a year ago and when I see a Batzner truck drive by I think, I should call the company to tell them about my amazing service- I decided a Google review is even better. We had a problem in our house that required Batzner services. The employees were awesome. They were very informative and polite, personable. The person that came to our house was the same person from the start. It was nice that he knew the situation from the start. They were always on time. If not early, they always called prior to arrival. . They answered all our questions. They did a great job! Our problem is gone. Thank you.
