Joe and his team are great to work with. They remodeled the kitchen and living area of our split level. We were referred to him by our friends and are very pleased with the results. They were very patient during the design phase and provided good suggestions to improve on our ideas. When the work started, they were here every day and communicated well to let us know when subcontractors would be here in their absence. We had a few extras during the course of the job and those went smoothly, as well. I spent 20 years in the business before changing careers, so I’m particular about how things are done. I think the best reviews come several days after your experience, especially with things like this. How do you feel about your hair and nails days later? Well, me, I love it all! Meg and Cassidy did such an amazing job making me look and feel beautiful! My nails still look perfect and it's been nearly a week! I've never had that happen before. I do a lot with my hands and usually, the color has begun to peel and crack. Well, as of now, they haven't begun to chip, fade, or peel and that's saying a lot. I love my hair color and cut too, the colors still look good nearly a week later and that's often not the case. By now, after a few showers, a lot of it has come out and so far, it hasn't. Thank you, ladies!! You not only made me look amazing, but you also took the time to get to know me and make me feel special. I'll gladly come back again!

Brittany is an amazing barber. She takes her time and truly genuinely cares about the quality of her work with every haircut she gives me. This is a rare trait to find in many workers nowadays. She gives the best fade around and I'm glad I found her. The other ladies that work there are also very pleasant every time I interact with them. The owners puppies which she brings to work with her are absolutely adorable and are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. The pricing is reasonable at $25 for a quality haircut and a hot foam lather neck shave.
Some ideas I would recommend to the owner:
1. I think the addition of pampering services including a hair wash/massage, hot face towel, and hair styling after a haircut would be a huge success. It's not necessary as I simply wash and style when I get home, but I would definitely pay a couple extra bucks for this pleasant and convenient option.
2. If you wanted your workers to make their bald fades even better, closer, and crisper, it might be worth investing in some foil shavers, but I would be nitpicking at that point.
3. Lastly for the convenience of both yourselves and your customers, I might recommend investing in a website with online scheduling to increase productivity. You guys are becoming very popular and I can see how having to answer the phone 2-5 times per hour in the middle of haircuts can be distracting. These are just ideas and none of this effects my rating as I love this place the way it is!
Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the haircut I am receiving which is what matters the most. I get many compliments every time and I will continue coming here for my haircuts! Keep up the great work!!
Julie at Blades Barbershop is simply the best! I had been going to the same barber for over 10 years, even driving 35 minutes after I moved to the West Bend area, because I was so loyal. But after meeting Julie, I’m so glad I made the switch. She’s just as good—if not better—than my old barber. Julie is knowledgeable, kind, and gives incredibly clean and perfect haircuts. She’s definitely my new favorite barber.
I’ve also had a haircut from another barber at Blades, and it was really good too. This place has a great team, and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a top-notch haircut.

I came in to get a full set of acrylics done while I was home visiting my family the last week of June. Quite literally a full set, almond shaped, medium length with some chrome designs. It is now 3 1/2 weeks later and I still have a full set of acrylics on. I have no idea how they managed to get these nails to last SO well (mind you I’m working 60 hr work weeks in the Florida heat) but I’m incredibly impressed. Not only that, but the staff was all so friendly and they really look out for the best interest of you. I will be coming back next time I’m in town, and I will be suggesting this business to all my friends and family around West Bend. Fantastic job Tipsy Nails and Spa!
This review is 5 stars specifically for the nail tech Dani. Everything that could go wrong did during my appointment but she kept her cool, was positive and professional, and made sure i left loving my nails even though it took longer than expected. I will definitely be back and hope to contine receiving incredible service from her.

After months of wanting to get in for a facial, today taught me I should have booked sooner. I’ve never had someone take the time to actually explain how my skin works along with actually being able to fix an area of concern above my lip that others told me they couldn’t fix. I walked out of my appt today with that area already significantly improved! So happy to have finally gotten in and can’t wait to start regularly using her products. Fantastic place!!

Woke up with water on the ground around my 20 year old water heater. I called Russ, gave him the model number of the heater I had, a few pictures and within 1 hour he re-adjusted his whole days schedule in order to replace my unit. My condo's patio door has been leaking when it rains. Leif came out and looked at it today for me. He doesn't think it's the door instead but the siding is missing the drip edging cap so the water would flow past my door instead of into it. I really do appreciate his honesty. Not all folks would have done that and just told me I needed a new door and given me an estimate. He did give me one if I do decided to go back and go that route but first I need to reach out to my HOA to see what they can do because it's a siding issue not a door issue. Wish me luck. :). I have been to the Riverfront Dentist quite a few times over the past few months getting a lot of different things done (a cleaning, cavities filled, a crown, and a wisdom tooth pulled) and all were good experiences. Dr. Anna Bell always takes the time to answer my questions, alleviate my concerns, and do great work. I feel listened to when I am there, which is one of the most important things someone in the health field can do! Clean space, wonderful receptionists, and I'm so happy to have found them!
I cannot say enough good about the entire staff here. I had dental implants done by Dr. Kyle, and every single time I was in that office the entire staff was amazing. Dr. Kyle knew I was nervous and was extremely patient. The end result is amazing and I could not be happier. The care, treatment and consideration I have received at Woodridge have been without question 5 star. ( I'd give a 10 if I could!) Dr. Brugger is skilled, compassionate and understanding. Flexion distraction and continued maintenance have permitted me to avoid surgery and return to normal activity. I have also taken advantage of the ultrasound and massage therapy Woodridge offers. Costs are reasonable and fair. The review written 5 years ago puzzled me as I have always found the staff to be friendly, gracious,, and making every effort to accommodate my weird schedule. The doctors will even come in early or stay late to accommodate clients. There is a phone number for urgent calls during off hours. I can't stop the aging process, but my mobility and my life are greatly enhanced by the caregivers at Woodridge.
After a few sessions, my neck and back improved immensely. I had tried other types of therapy for my neck, and nothing seemed to work. Dr. Falkowski gave me excellent maintenance tips; he was recommended to me by a friend which I will do as well.

Our regular Vet was on vacation, and we were unable to get our dog in anywhere! Dr Schmidt, who had never see our dog before, got her in the same day to attend to her eye injury! What a relief! While not life threatening, we will be forever grateful. Great Staff & Doctor!
Heart & Soul gives their heart and soul to the care of their patients. The reception and tech staff are exceptionally trained to handle most anything. My dog received lazer treatments for months and the techs made sure Sadie was greeted and made comfortable. These treatments were the successful in treating her arthritis and now she is a bouncy running girl. Because my Max required anal drainage monthly, we are there on a regular basis. Treatments are always on time, thoroughly explained and pleasant. Thanks to them, my dogs are willing to go to the vet. We are very grateful for this wonderful clinic.

Can't recommend this place enough! Brought my 2 dogs here for a much needed groom. A mini golden doodle and a bernedoodle. Tucker (bernedoodle) is very scared getting baths and haircuts. I've tried meds from the vet, cbd, you name it. I've had groomers tell me they can't groom him anymore because he's too difficult. I ended up buying clippers and trying my best to groom him at home, but I'm no professional! I found this place after reading reviews and let me tell you- I could've cried when I picked my dogs up! They were so happy and had the best cuts they've ever had! I love this place and how relaxed it was and can't thank them enough for giving Tucker a chance and making him look so handsome. I appreciate the work that goes into grooming and I highly, highly recommend!!
I took my 7 year old female cat in for a bath and nail trim. She was healing up from an infection in her hind end. It was her first bath and time with a groomer. Melissa handled my cat with kindness and patience. The bath was a 100% success and my cat was not traumatized. She is so much more comfortable after the bath and smells really sweet!
