Marcus was great - so kind, friendly, and professional! He asked to see the areas, explained what he was going to do, and got after it! He also gave me a few tips and pointers for spot treating when necessary! I complemented him and he said “I always do my best!” I believe that! :)
The 2 technicians that came out were very professional. They had an issue with the equipment but DJ shortly resolved it. I had only one stain and Charles removed it. I had 3 carpeted rooms cleaned and I am very satisfied. I would definitely go with Stanley Steamer again especially when they have promotions going on.
