They squeezed me in the day after I called. Bill texted me on his way to the property and was ready to go when I got there. He thoroughly assessed the problems, explained it in simple terms and gave me an estimate on the spot. After getting my approval, he grabbed his tools and supplies and got the job done. I've used Horizon Electric many times over the last 20 years, and the friendly staff, quality of service and reasonable costs have never disappointed.
Since my electrical issue would not let me use my garage door opener to get my car out to drive to my caregiving job, Horizon had Robert come to my rescue on his way to work at 6am so I could still get to my client. He was quick, efficient and knew how to fix the problem. Even though he had another job to get to after mine I asked if he could look at another situation that was caused by someone else that put in new light switches. He could have said no, but he looked and saw what the issue was and quickly fixed it before he left. This was my first experience using Horizon Electric, and I was very satisfied.
