    They just exist to drive follow-up revenue. They use terms like "invalid order", expecting people to understand what that means when they're reaching out for help. And if you don't go to continuous appointments for something that can be discussed over the phone or by email, they refuse any further help when the insurance you pay for is what pays for these materials. Guess I'll just risk dying instead of jumping through the hoops insurance and medical groups have turned it into. I'll be throwing my machine in their parking lot since they refuse to help, because I won't keep inserting a new quarter for pointless office visits. Disgusting and disappointing.     Billing sucks! Just got a bill in December for March and June. I pay what’s due all the time. I owed $11 last month for November. . Still I owed $11 because I got the bill late and a week later I get a bill for $75 for $18 for March and $29 for June. How do I know if I owe any of that 9 months later and what’s wrong with their system. Then I called and got hung up on twice and held forever. If you have a choice, don’t go through them for anything.

    These people could care less about your CPAP needs. Darcie Juneo doesn't give a damn and is very unprofessional. No effort to pursue or follow through. Don't know how a person like that keeps their job.
