As a first time home-owner, I have no idea how to navigate insurance claims. I was *denied* the claim I submitted on my own ... zero dollars and zero cents is what my insurance company offered me for the obvious storm damage to my garage. Josh couldn't accept this and fought tooth and nail for me. It took nearly 2 years, but it was well worth the wait. We came out the other side with much more than I anticipated. There were a couple small damages the insurance company still denied and after being ghosted by my claims representative, Josh addressed them as best as he could; things I would imagine other contractors would shrug off and ignore. We made many attempts to resolve hail damage with our insurance accompany for months. We even tried to split the cost to get some relief, always met with a hard no. Then we watched our neighbors roof get replaced by their insurance company from damage from the same storm. One night Josh’s commercial came on TV, and we figured why not call him. Today we sit with a new roof and gutters on our home, plus he replaced our outbuilding roof. Do not waste your time fighting with you insurance company like we did, call Josh. Josh went above and beyond. His knowledge of the insurance world paired with his tenacity for fighting for his clients exceeds anyone out there. He got us 400% more value out of our claim than the original insurance estimate and made our house the best looking one on the block with no money out of our pocket. When most contractors would have stuck us with a fat bill, he stuck to his word. We would have needed a lawyer without him and are extremely thankful for his work.
