I've rented a pontoon from them a few times now. Prompt service, they don't take credit cards but do accept Zelle and Venmo. The second time we rented a pontoon the 2-stroke motor had an issue. Josh came out and was able to swap a new boat and made things right.
They installed my dock and boatlift this year, and failed to tighten the legs on the deep end of the lift. Without realizing it, as I put the boat on the lift, over the next several weeks, the deep end of the lift dropped lower and lower into the lake to the point we could not get the boat off the lift. When we discovered what happened, I confronted Josh Hare at triple J with the issue and he basically said so sorry and that was it. When I asked what they would do about it to make it right he suggested that I find a new dock maintenance company. Not a group I wish to do business with.
We had a terrible experience with Triple J and the owner Duane is not trustworthy. I would advise avoiding this company for any dock removal service. We asked Triple J for a quote to remove our docks and lifts and provided very specific instructions, including numerous photos, of how the dock sections need to be arranged and nested together because of the winter wind. Based on this information Triple J provided us a price to perform the work. However, Duane’s team did not follow the agreed upon instructions and, as a result, one of our dock sections flew into the neighbors fence causing quite a bit of damage to the dock.
