We have been using WESTWOOD for almost 30 years. The current family bought this shop about 2003 and we still use them, despite moving away from the neighborhood many years ago. Now up near Menomonee Falls, but still take the laundry to Westwood despite being 15 miles away. Always excellent service and quality.

I experienced some issues with a couple of Alterations, and after voicing my concern, the Manager, Jason, apologized and quickly corrected the problem. This speaks volumes to me because I used to train Customer Service Mangers across the country for over 25 years, and the way he handled my situation was par excellence!

I came in with a pair of pants that needed alterations for a wedding in less than a week. They were able to alter the wool pants perfectly in just a matter of days. Great price, service and most importantly value. I will be back.
