I have been coming to Tosa Yoga for about year. It’s a lovely, cozy space and you are always greeted when walking in. Melanie (owner) has such a welcoming vibe and her entire team is so friendly and knowledgeable!Yoga has helped me mentally and physically go through my breast cancer diagnosis and all of my surgeries and recovery. My strength, mobility, as well as my confidence have all improved!!For anyone newly diagnosed or recovering from breast cancer surgeries or treatment, I recommend giving yoga a try; I’m so glad I have Tosa Yoga and I always leave feeling uplifted and energized ?‍♀️ ❤️‍

I have been attending Tosa Yoga since I moved her from Chicago 6 years ago. The teachers are so knowledgeable, and I always leave feeling reset and at peace. I moved about 45 minutes away 2 years ago. I have struggled to find a studio that makes me feel the same way Tosa Yoga does. Any time I get a day off I try to come out for a class! I would highly recommend trying out a class!

Tosa Toga is a true gem. This beautiful studio space has a good offering of class times and experience level variability. Melanie and other instructors are welcoming and affirming, with an eye on nurturing an inclusive community. I came to yoga to treat my chronic pain, I've stayed for the mindfulness, grounding, and intergenerational connections that accompany.
