“After going to the shop to pick up my order. Apparently not ready. Due to a new facility,behind a little. Was told to come back next week. A couple days later they contacted me that they were ready to pick up. Came back and to my surprise they gave me my alterations with no charge. I was shocked. They were so sorry for the inconvenience on having to come back.
Awesome business to the customer.

She has taken in and let out many suits for me, and I have trusted her work on several new suits that required tailoring. I have found her turnaround time to be faster than what she promised on every occasion. As I write this, I have an order for 6 pairs of pants and three suit jackets that she is altering for me. I wasn't expecting that they would be ready before April 13th 2012, and she has left me three messages reminding me that they are ready to be picked up.
