We had a large house fire in August of last year. It was a devastating experience for our whole family. A friend recommended Kelmann and they were on-site very quickly. Everyone was so kind and supportive. The team we worked with regularly, Scott (our PM), Dan, Mindy and Katie were all very responsive and always took the time to explain things. Sometimes we had just no idea when it came to making decisions and they helped us through it. I would recommend this company 100%. This team helped us get through one of the hardest years of our lives.

After being out of my home for 18 months due to water damage from a neighboring condo unit, and nearly a year of navigating an insurance settlement, the Kelmann team was a lifeline. They went above and beyond to help me through this challenging and costly situation.
Shoutout to Scott Schweitzer, who was a rockstar project manager. His support, guidance, and expertise were invaluable—I couldn’t have been happier with how he handled everything. The team, including Ryan Johnson, Mindy Mays, and Joseph Heleniak (on the remodel side), was always on time, kept me informed with updates, and responded quickly to any concerns.
