The idea of this experience was great, baby's first haircut with a photo, certificate, and lock of hair. The haircut was standard, but the experience itself was tainted by the stylist talking about deeply personal relationship issues she was having. For the owner, I would give the suggestion to staff to stay away from personal conversations like that, and just focus on the task at hand. As a new mom, I am trying to soak up the memory of a first haircut, and those personal details were distracting and unnecessary.
The haircut was wonderful. My nephew had to wait for over an hour and was skipped. He had to leave without a haircut. Nice staff, but more responsible scheduling and monitoring would be appreciated!
My son has a rough time with haircuts in general and always ends up in a fit of tears. We went this past Saturday and Amber was our stylist. She was so patient and calm with my little guy. Even though he fought a little, she was quick and did great work. We didn't even have time to melt down. Definitely will be going back. I feel like these ladies just get it
