I had a dress altered here for a wedding I'm standing in. This was my first time using Nordstrom as my usual seamstress had fallen ill. I didn't purchase the dress at Nordstrom but when I dropped it off at my fitting that was noted as well as one small stain the seamstress found on the back panel of the dress. One small stain on the back, fine, I could still wear it, it wasn't noticeable. When I came to pick it up someone had tied and knotted the bottom of my dress with the garment bag and the entire bottom of the dress is wrinkled. We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.
