I was referred by the Pain Management Center at the Medical College of WI for chronic neck and back pain with deconditioning. We were going to try a therapy called "dry needling." Ryan, my physical therapist, says my description might scare people so I'll let you Google it for the scientific explanation :+)I've had about four or five appointments and it's going well. I'm not magically cured, but "dry needling" has worked to relax muscles in my neck that feel like they have been contracted for years. The tired, achy, burning pain has improved.
