Definately not the best or the brightest. He gave me the lowest quote to plumb my cabin. I wasn't in a rush which worked out in this case. He's impossible to reach on the phone if you have to schedule anything. Only real plumbing issue is that 6 years later we're selling and the septic outflow pipe has settled and will need to be fixed ($350).
