“We're new to the area and it was our 1st visit with our old man kitty (who has various health concerns to monitor, though he is still active and out "kittens" his little bother). He can be sweet as pie, or not so sweet at times. The staff did an amazing job and so far we're happy to have found this place to be the new vet for our fur babies.“

We had tried another clinic we had used 5 years ago that was “fear-free certified” on paper, but now no longer genuinely puts fear free practices in place. We were so discouraged and disappointed… but then we found VCA!<br><br>While VCA does not appear to be fear-free certified, they do consistently use fear-free practices. Our scared puppy, who hid and cowered at the prior vet for the entire appointment was a happy, wiggly boy by the time he left VCA.<br><br>If you want a vet in Wausau that will treat you and your pets with respect, I cannot recommend VCA enough! If you have a dog that is timid and needs a patient vet, give them a try. We’re so glad we did!“
