When I told the vet tech at Petsmart that she was ill and had been turned away they got her in for a same day appointment and worked with the wonderful owner of the kennel. Diagnosed with Lymes and my dog is on the mend. Thankful for the quick action by the kennel and the staff at PetSmart!“

The last time we were there, a ton of grubs were living in the chameleon cages. The substrate looked like it was alive. As well as fecal matter all over the inside glass of the ferret enclosure.“
