My dog has serious social anxiety as he was a rescue and we are unsure of his life experiences prior to becoming a part of our family. The staff adjusts how they interact with the animals based on the animals comfort level and who they are comfortable with. The photos they post on Facebook gives me peace of mind when he is with them that he is having a good time out in the yard playing with friends.“

The last time we were there, a ton of grubs were living in the chameleon cages. The substrate looked like it was alive. As well as fecal matter all over the inside glass of the ferret enclosure.“
