Chy was wonderfully kind. And considering the building had no heat, I'm impressed that she was so good natured. I've dealt with many customer service people who have been down right rude for no reason. Give this girl a raise.

Roxanne was friendly and fast to get me a title loan yesterday. She accommodated my very impatient son and they had a room he could play in.
