Just an update... It is currently 7/8/2021 several months AFTER I should have received my taxes and still have not received anything. I have contacted Gassner and they have no answer as to why I have not received my taxes back yet. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, file them yourself or definitely don't file them through Gassner. I have noticed Gassner Accounting have changed names on Yelp to avoid the bad reviews they accumulated so I have attached screenshots to show their past wrongdoings.
