I signed up for the Comprehensive Dental Plan, but Aspirus Health Plan did not transmit this information to Delta Dental. I logged a complaint 4 weeks ago and Aspirus Health Plan has yet to send this information to Delta Dental. Because they failed to provide Delta Dental with this updated information, Delta Dental has denied my dental claim, and my dentist is billing me for this balance. This is incompetence and a failure to resolve an open issue for a Medicare patient.

I found out one of the pharmacists made a snide comment about me to my husband when he came in to pick up medication for me. He promptly came home and informed me of how inappropriate it was. Then there was another issue with the same pharmacist. The service is now slower and more inconsistent than it used to be. I asked to have my prescriptions mailed, and so far, that doesn't seem to be working out well. I have been waiting on two prescriptions for 6 days now and I figured out one of them was never ordered from the person I spoke to on the phone. I still have not received the other.

This place is always at lunch. They used to be great. Not anymore!!! They are never open. Taco trucks are more reliable and caring. If they weren't responsible for important meds and life saving stuff. Then whatever but that's not the case. Obviously!!! I worked with car salesmen that were more dependable. This is scary!!!. I know im not the only one whose experienced their random being closed. Or weird and strange rules that my Doctor even said were not a thing. She tried to be nice about it. Then they changed them the next month. So they (at will) when and IF they are ever open, make up random weird policies. This is a liability!!! A lawsuit in the making. I'm so annoyed with this that I'll contact a senator, board members, idc but this is ridiculous.
