4 months in with stem cells injection. Husband has slim to none help with bad hip pain. Cost ALOT of money and most likely will need hip replacement anyway. Ever day we hope those stem cells will help but still no relief. trying to wait thinking maybe needs more time. Very disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Does Seam to need more training and little lack of communication between the different areas. Really guess was hoping for a miracle with bone on bone hip problem. Though stem cells would be a great advancement in medical but don't get your hopes up to much!
I recommend being careful with them. They make you pay upfront before filing to the insurance and do not refund if the procedure was not payable per their contract and the EOB/EOP clearly shows is not billable to the patient. Watch your EOBs!! Also, they seem to recommend back braces to many people that they don't even attempt to go through the insurance and charge a high 3 digit amount for. And, their big ticket push is stem cell therapy. It's out of pocket item. Also, they charge an office visit for chiropractic every four weeks - even when there's no additional evaluation done. As a new-ish (returning after years of not going to this office for my chiropractic care) patient, I was given a thorough assessment by Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Bush, x-rays, and an adjustment by Dr. Chelsea. I left feeling much better than when I arrived (less pain) and look forward to my next appointment in 2 days.
