I will second that "Josh and Samantha are wonderful to work with". They were very willing to work with us and the building inspector to solve our mold problem. We had two other companies look at it and refuse to do the work needed. Another would have done thousands of dollars of work which would have not solved the problem and which was not needed. Josh dove right in to find the cause and fix it. What he didn't know, he researched! We are well satisfied with their work.
