Coming home from a wonderful family vacation to find your newly redone basement flooded was horrible!!! At the time many places were booked up with similar situations because of the weather, but LADS knew we needed help and made the time to come over with their team and took care of us! Without their quick response and empathy for our situation I know, the damage could’ve been much worse! LADS took the time to listen, was incredibly efficient and professional, ensured we were educated throughout the process and continue to communicate.
