Update12/3: I’ve been in contact with John to discuss snow removal at my dad’s house. I’m flustered by response delays, however it’s been called to my attention that a half dozen companies closed down in the area and John is one of the few companies that are still trying to accommodate those who are left looking for service, including me.John reached out well after hours on Sunday to see if he could still help, I’m grateful, as I’m concerned snow will be falling soon.
