Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices for quick printing jobs. I just needed a few pages on card stock printed from a PDF. I'm embarrassed to say it was beyond a great value, quick and great quality. I often don't expect a lot from these sorts of shops... I mean it's copy services and shipping... so it was nice to see a shop that seems to take pride in their customer service and product.
I use the UPS store to make many Amazon returns. I've never had a problem, the workers are always friendly with the exception of an older gentleman. He always makes me bag and label my own returns. Last time I jokingly said "I should get a job here" to which he replied "They are your returns, not mine, it shouldn't be my job to do this". First I was joking. Second, every other employee puts the items in the bag with the tag on. Third, it literally is his job. Do they not make any money from Amazon for the service? I continue to go there as it's convenient and I don't want one bad apple to spoil the bunch so I just try and avoid this one employee.
