When I placed the down payment (50%) the time frame for delivery from the factory to the local shop was 8 - 12 weeks. They arrived in 8 and we were notified. We were able to schedule the install the following week, which was faster than promised at purchase (2-3 weeks promised).The end result looks better than expected. The tidy craftsmanship is a large part of that. The quality of the product is better than expected. I am a repeat customer. The first time I bought their basic model, this time I went for the the 6000 series (triple pane/argon filled/low e) and I really like them.
