We’ve had issues with our garage entry door closing properly since we moved into our house a year ago. Although it was built two years ago and no longer under warranty, I decided to call the builders to see if they could help me with this issue. Someone was able to come within a few days and fixed it free of charge. I am so grateful for his time and wish I had called sooner!

We built with Premier at the end of 2023. We are thrilled with the house.
The house came in within budget, on time (early actually), and is everything we wanted.
Yes, there were some headaches along the way which is probably common for a life event purchase such as this. The communication definitely could be improved. When you're in the situation, you're all fired up but looking back at it now that it's done, I'm very happy with how it all turned out.
Overall, I would recommend Premier to anyone and would build with them again.

We had wonderful service throughout our building process from Premier. Every aspect of construction & details after closing were excellent. The Premier Warranty outstanding ! Premier wants homeowners to love their homes! The entire Premier Team are people we enjoyed working with & thanks to the design team every visitor to date says wow!!
