“Overall, great service! However, the wait for appointment can be a bit long sometimes. I know she keeps busy, so I try to remember that, but with having to come during work, I wish when I arrive the dogs would be helped. Maybe will change with COVID restrictions being eliminated!“
“Karen is so warm and kind! Our usual pet resort closed unexpectedly without even telling us when we had boarding set. When I called paradise paws, they immediately got our boy in for the day for a visit and got him all set for boarding. So grateful for their kindness and empathy. They are welcoming and the dogs are so happy. Thanks so much and sloppy looks forward to visiting!“
